My whole life I’ve been able to control my weight.  I’ve tried to eat right & exercise on a regular basis.  After the kids grew up and moved out I started snacking and eating all of the time!  I was out of control.  I worked with a personal trainer for several months and lost several pounds, but when she moved I lost my motivation.  After seeing my sister Cindi succeed in her weight loss journey I decided I needed to be held accountable.  Having the meals already prepped and measured was a huge help.  Knowing I had to weigh in each week was also helpful.  The program is easy to follow and easy to have success.  It teaches you how to enjoy food in a different, more healthy way.
